Mangrove Bay Condominium Association Inc.

The Mangrove Bay Condominium Association of Lee County is located at 950 Moody Road, North Fort Myers, Florida 33903.  It is a gated community consisting of 39 detached units, a community swimming pool, and a community dock.

30 of our units are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units and 9 of our units were originally 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units.  Some of the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units had the dining room converted into a 3rd bedroom.

70% of our community are year round residents and 30% of our community are seasonal residents

90% of our units are occupied by the owner and 10% of our units are rental units

Our board of directors consists of 5 owners serving 2 year terms.  Elections are held every year with 2 directors being elected one year and 3 directors being elected the following year.
